At Alysse Valiante Fine Art, we take great pride in creating custom artwork and providing personalized services. Due to the nature of our work, we have a strict no-refund policy. Please carefully review the following terms regarding refunds:

1. Custom Artwork and Services
All custom artwork, including but not limited to commissioned pieces and live event services, is created specifically for you based on your requests, preferences, and specifications. As such, all sales are final. Once work has commenced, we do not offer refunds, as the services and products are tailored to your individual needs.

2. Deposits
A deposit is required to initiate any custom artwork or service. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. This deposit secures your place in our schedule and begins the creative process. If you cancel your project or service, the deposit will not be returned.

3. Wedding Painting and Event Services

• Cancellation More Than One Month Before the Event: If you need to cancel a wedding painting or event service one month or more before the event date, you may receive a refund of any balance paid (minus any non-refundable deposit and costs already incurred).

• Cancellation Within One Month of the Event: Cancellations made within one month of the event date are non-refundable, as the event date was specifically held for you, and work would have been scheduled accordingly.

4. Reasons for Non-Refundability
Our services and artwork are custom designed and made specifically for each client, and as such, we are unable to offer refunds once work has commenced or products have been delivered. The time, effort, and materials dedicated to each commission or event reservation cannot be recouped.

5. Modifications to Commissioned Work
By ordering custom artwork, you are placing full trust in the eye and design of the artist. While all notes and feedback provided by the client are carefully taken into account, modifications to commissioned work are ultimately at the artist’s discretion. The artist will apply their professional judgment to ensure the artwork aligns with the vision and quality of the final product. The client acknowledges and accepts that the finished piece may not be an exact replica of their request but will be a unique creation reflective of the artist’s style and expertise.

6. Cancellation and No-Show Fees
If you do not show up for an in-person art session or event, or if you fail to inform us of a cancellation in a timely manner, you may be subject to additional fees to cover costs related to the reservation and preparation for the scheduled session.
