Alysse Valiante Fine Art, all artwork, spoken words, and content created by the artist, including but not limited to commissioned pieces, live event paintings, original designs, and spoken material, are protected by copyright law. This policy outlines the ownership, usage rights, and responsibilities of both the artist and the client in relation to the artwork and content produced.

Copyright OwnershipAll original artwork, spoken words, and other content created by Alysse Valiante Fine Art, including custom commissions, live event paintings, speeches, and original works, are the exclusive property of the artist. Upon completion of any commissioned artwork or content, the artist retains the copyright to the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client’s Rights to Use Artwork and ContentUpon payment of the agreed-upon fees for commissioned artwork, spoken word content, or event services, the client is granted a limited license to use the artwork and content for personal purposes only. This includes the following rights:
Personal Use: The client may display the artwork in their home or business for personal enjoyment or use the spoken content for personal purposes.
Commercial Use: If the artwork or spoken content is intended for commercial purposes (such as reproduction on merchandise, marketing materials, etc.), the client must obtain written permission from Alysse Valiante Fine Art, and may be subject to additional licensing fees.

Restrictions on Use
- No Reproduction: The client may not reproduce, sell, license, or otherwise distribute the artwork, spoken content, or other content for any purpose, including recordings or publications, without the artist’s prior written consent. Any unauthorized reproduction, including making prints or distributing spoken content, is strictly prohibited.
- Alteration of Artwork and Content: The client may not modify, alter, or adapt the artwork, spoken content, or other content in any way without the artist's prior written consent. This includes but is not limited to cropping, resizing, editing, or adapting the content.
- Public Display: If the artwork or spoken content is displayed publicly (e.g., in a gallery, exhibition, or online platform), the client must credit Alysse Valiante Fine Art as the creator of the content.

. No Prints of ArtworkThe client may not make, sell, or distribute prints of the artwork in any form, whether for personal or commercial use, without explicit permission from Alysse Valiante Fine Art. All rights to create and sell prints of the artwork remain with the artist, and the client may not duplicate the artwork in print form under any circumstances.

No Unauthorized Use of Spoken WordsAll spoken words, speeches, presentations, and other spoken material created by Alysse Valiante Fine Art are the intellectual property of the artist. The client may not record, copy, publish, distribute, or use any spoken content without explicit, written consent from the artist. This includes, but is not limited to, any speeches, presentations, or other spoken content produced by the artist.

. Copyright TransferIn the event that the client purchases full copyright ownership of the artwork or content (via a separate agreement or contract), the artist agrees to transfer the copyright to the client. The full copyright transfer will be documented in writing and may require additional fees. Without such an agreement, Alysse Valiante Fine Art retains full copyright ownership of all artwork and content.

Artist’s Rights- Right to Reproduce: Alysse Valiante Fine Art retains the right to reproduce, display, and distribute images of the artwork and spoken words for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, portfolios, and advertisements, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Attribution: The artist retains the right to be credited as the creator of the artwork and spoken words in all reproductions, regardless of whether the work is used commercially or personally. Any public use of the artwork or content must include credit to Alysse Valiante Fine Art as the artist.
- Photography, Videography, and Content at Live Events and Weddings: The artist retains the right to take photographs, videos, and other content of the artwork and live events, including weddings, for promotional, portfolio, and social media purposes. The client agrees that Alysse Valiante Fine Art may use any content captured at these events for these purposes without the need for further consent or compensation.
8.
Enforcement of CopyrightAlysse Valiante Fine Art reserves the right to take legal action against unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the artwork or spoken words. This may include pursuing claims for infringement of copyright under applicable law.
9.
Digital and Online WorkFor digital commissions or online use of artwork or spoken content, the client agrees not to use the artwork or content in any manner that violates copyright law or infringes on the artist's rights. If the client intends to use the artwork or content online (such as on websites, social media, or digital products), they must ensure that proper attribution is provided to Alysse Valiante Fine Art as the creator.
10.
Duration of CopyrightCopyright protection lasts for the life of the artist plus 70 years, or as determined by relevant copyright laws. After this period, the work will enter the public domain unless explicitly released by the artist.
